I get it. You might read this title and say, "Next." Personally, I'm not a fan of this talked up super food. But seasoned and baked, it offers a tough competition for the every day potato chip. These tasty little chips will help curb that craving.

Ingredients
2 - 3 cups of chopped kale
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne for spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together
Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, or until desired crispiness
