Kale Chips - You Won't Be Disappointed 

I get it. You might read this title and say, "Next." Personally, I'm not a fan of this talked up super food. But seasoned and baked, it offers a tough competition for the every day potato chip. These tasty little chips will help curb that craving.


  • 2 - 3 cups of chopped kale

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Pinch of cayenne for spice


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, or until desired crispiness
